How do I cancel my membership?

Upon login simply select the “My Account” menu option from the top menu. Next click “My Order History”. Next locate the most recent order and click “View”. There you will find the option to cancel.

How do I get my money back if I don’t pass my oral?

The refund process is simple: Send an email to Shallimar.a@1stepprep.com saying you did not pass your oral and need to process a refund. You MUST include proof of failure.

Can I attend an in-person course or simulator event?

Yes, Absolutely! Visit the Contact Us page and send us an email with your interests. We will provide you with available course dates and enrollment instructions. If you need specific knowledge areas reviewed be sure to let us know and we will customize the course to your needs!
