My first type rating experience was overwhelming to say the least. I felt like i was scavenging for data anywhere i could get it, and was left largely to figure things out on my own. After taking a relatively complex concept (that was not explained well by any manual, CBT, app, or instructor) and simplifying it in my own mind..i was able to explain it in a way that my classmates had never heard. I knew there, i think I just might make a career out of instruction. Needless to say – I have and you don’t have to feel like i did when i went through training. My entire life dedicated to this, and furthermore dedicated to a mission to elevate training quality for the aviation industry on the entire planet earth!
